Hi there.

I’m Annie, the gal behind Blush & Honey!


I’ve always found beauty in creating; coming from a family of restaurateurs and entrepreneurs, it was only fitting that I find my passion in the kitchen. I started Blush & Honey in 2016 while I was in pastry school as a way to share what I love with others around me.

After finishing the Baking and Pastry Arts program at SAIT and a couple years in the kitchen of a patisserie, I took a leap across the pond where I had the opportunity to work among the incredible cake decorators of the UK. Now, with all this experience under my belt, I fully commit myself to Blush & Honey and my dream of cake decorating.

From macarons to wedding cakes, and sugar cookies to sugar flowers, everything, all treats and treasures, is handcrafted in small batches!

At Blush & Honey Bakes, I strive to use ingredients of the highest quality and to reduce my carbon foot print by sourcing as locally as possible.

​

I believe that natural flavours should be celebrated and not muted by excessive sweetness. That being said, I try not to add any unnecessary sugar to allow the ingredients speak for themselves.
